Child Restraints
Children aged 6 years and younger and less than 60lbs must be in a child restraint.
Children younger than 12 years and 65 inches or less must be restrained in rear seat if vehicle has a passenger airbag unless the bag has been deactivated or designed to accommodate younger people.
Children aged 7 to 15 years or children weighing 60lbs or more must be restrained but the adult belt can be used. |
Seat Belts
Anyone travelling in the front seat must wear a seatbelt. |
