Child Restraints
Children aged 3 years and younger must be in a child restraint.
Children aged 4-7 years and less than 40lbs must be in a child restraint.
4 to 7 year olds and children weighing 40lbs or more and children 8 to 14 years must be restrained but can use the adult belt. |
