Latest News : Child Car Seat Checks in Hampshire
Due to popular demand, Hampshire County Council, in partnership with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, have several child car seat checking events planned for 2009. Car seat fitting experts will be on hand to check that car seats are fitted safely and offer advice. Last year, over 20% of seats checked at these events were incompatible with the vehicle and 40% were not fitted tight enough. All of the checks will take place between 10am and 4pm and are free of charge.
